Located just a few minutes away from the city centre by the multitude of transport links available, Headingley has affordable homes and plenty of green space. With a number of households having fashionable wood burners this Northwest Leeds suburb is evolving into a smarter residential area.
For many years Headingley has been one of hot spots for students studying at University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University. However, these short-term tenants are moving into purpose-built accommodation leaving room for families, couples and first time buyers looking for a period property to move in.
But why? Well an easy commute to Leeds City centre for one. Car, bus and train routes are all provided. There ar eplenty of good schools, both state and private, across the age ranges. Notable examples including Wheetwood Primary, Spring bank Primary and Lawnswood Secondary. All of which are rated Good by Ofsted.
